The Sites are operated by Retail Services & Systems, Inc. on behalf of affiliates operating under the Metrobottle brand and associated brands in various states.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all individuals who visit the Sites (“Visitors”) and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Metrobottle.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

Metrobottle reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions or impose new terms and conditions on Site usage. We will post any revised Terms & Conditions on this website and update the “Last Updated” date to reflect the changes. By continuing to use the Sites after such changes or notifications of material changes, you accept the modified Terms & Conditions.

Access Denial

Metrobottle reserves the right to deny access to the Sites or specific features to any individual who violates these Terms & Conditions or, at our sole discretion, interferes with others’ ability to enjoy our Sites or infringes on their rights.

Mandatory Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

Please read these Terms carefully. They include an agreement for mandatory and binding arbitration, requiring any dispute related to your use of the Sites to be submitted to binding individual arbitration instead of court proceedings. The dispute/arbitration provision also includes a class action waiver, which means you agree to resolve any dispute individually rather than as part of a class action.
