If you attend the tasting, you’ll be able to take your bottle(s) home that same day. If you can’t make the tasting, we’ll send the monthly selection list the following Monday so you can choose your bottle. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a text or email notification when it’s ready for pickup.
We recommend opting in to text messages at sign-up for the fastest updates on selections and pickups. You can update your contact preferences at any time by logging into your account and adjusting your Notification Settings.
No problem at all. If you miss the tasting, we’ll provide detailed tasting notes and a selection survey, allowing you to choose your bottle and pick it up at your convenience.
Wine and Bourbon Club memberships are billed on the 1st of each month. Tequila Club memberships are billed on the 25th of each month. Billing dates apply regardless of sign-up date unless otherwise arranged.
Primarily applies to Wine and Bourbon Clubs -- If you join mid-month, you have two options:
· Hold your spot and begin billing on the 1st of the following month, or
· Start immediately by selecting a bottle from the current month and being charged at sign-up
Yes. If you’d like to request a different billing date, please email marketing@metrobottle.com prior to your next billing cycle.
All subscriptions are month-to-month. To cancel, simply log into your account at metrobottle.com and unsubscribe before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month. You may also email marketing@metrobottle.com if you need assistance.

Absolutely. Subscription clubs make a great gift, and you can choose 3, 6, 9, or 12-month options for the wine, tequila, or bourbon lover in your life.
